WILSON — After an executive session to discuss the possible acquisition of real property, (the Dan Erdman buildings) the Wilson City Council decided to offer Dan Erdman $15,000 to purchase the building at 2504 Ave. E and the building at 2411 Ave. E. If an agreement is not reached by Aug. 17, the council will approve a resolution to proceed with recommendations made by the city’s board of health.
