Old trailer looks like new — thanks to Ellsworth inmates

American Legion Post 174 and VFW Post 6485 of Ellsworth purchased a trailer to be used for delivering Christmas wreaths to the graves of veterans. They didn’t have a lot of money set aside, but they knew they needed a trailer for this purpose. They were hoping that once they purchased this trailer that the ECF garage supervisors and ECF offenders could assist in restoring it.
