At Monday’s meeting of the Ellsworth City Council, the council unanimously approved Ordinance 3180, clearing the way to rezone for the purpose of building duplexes in Lots 1-6 and Lots 8-10 in the Canren Addition, from a singlefamily dwelling district (R-1) to a twofamily dwelling district (R-2), as requested by builder David Pyle.
