During Monday’s meeting of the Ellsworth City Council, approval was given to a request by Jeannie Kline of the Ellsworth Cowtown Committee to use Preisker Park Aug. 1-3 for an event, but that event will not be called Cowtown Days. Instead, it will be called Rhythm and Reels — as in music and a movie.
