Dale Herman Anschutz, 90, of Ellsworth, Kan. passed away Wednesday, Jan. 13, 2021, in Salina, Kan. He was born May 6, 1930 to William and Hattie (Schepmann) Anschutz in Wilson, Kan.
Loretta K. Small passed away on Thursday, Jan. 14, 2021, at the Wilson Care and Rehabilitation Center in Wilson, Kan., at the age of 51. She was born Oct. 2, 1969 to Jesse and Melba (Kindlesparger) Whitmer in Ellsworth, Kan.
Kurt Frevert was the beloved husband of Anita Frevert for 53 years and the beloved father of Kurtis and Kevin Frevert.
The tragic loss of this fine man will be carried in their hearts forever.
Betty Jane Hinton, 90, passed away Wednesday, Jan. 13, 2021, in Wilson. She was born Jan. 4, 1931 in Kodiak, Alaska to Herbert and Florence (Nymen) Heglin.
Kerianne Ehrlich, supervisor of the Ellsworth County Health Department, told county commissioners Monday there are now 42 active cases of COVID-19 in the county — including 10 new cases diagnosed over the weekend.
