Bearcat boys’ basketball lose to Pratt 62-52

HOISINGTON — A statewide snowstorm Saturday may have temporarily postponed the Ellsworth Bearcat boys’ game against Pratt. However, Monday’s rematch saw the Bearcats and the Greenbacks once again going toe-to-toe, with Pratt coming out on top 62-52 in the third place game at the Winter Jam Tournament in Hoisington Scoring for the Bearcats were Will Cravens with 29 points, Lane Rolfs with 9 points, Riley Stone and Cooper McGowan each with 5 points and Cade Gwinner with 4 points.
