Margaret Thomas (1925-2021)

Margaret Thomas, 96, Salina, Kan. passed away Oct. 10, 2021 in Salina. She was born Aug. 25, 1925 to Arthur Nelson and Frankie (Brown) Nelson.

Margaret is survived by three daughters, Georgaleen Thomas, Frankie Thomas, and Norma Wright (Steve); all of Kansas; son, Nelson Bell (Deborah), of Nevada; three grandchildren, Kevin Bell, of Nevada, Wetona Bell, of Nevada, and Felicia Bell, of Texas; six great-grandchildren, Simone Perez, of Nevada, Zana Bell, of Nevada, Jhazten Evans, of Nevada, TaTirel Bell, of Nevada, Emmanuel Bell, of Texas, and Genevieve Bell of Arizona.

She was preceded in death by her parents; a son, Wayne Thomas; a daughter, Joyce Edwards; her sister, Betty Nelson; grandchildren, Bobby Bell and Andre Bell.

A graveside service is at 11 a.m. Oct. 14 at the Ellsworth Cemetery.
