Ellsworth VFW Post 6485 hosts a fish fry from 5-7 p.m. or until they run out at the VFW Post Home, 1006 West 12th St. Menu includes fried fish or chicken strips, corn on the cob, hush puppies, coleslaw, green beans, dessert and a drink. A portion of the proceeds will go towards the Ellsworth County Cancer Fund.
