and the unknown spouses, heirs, executors, 
administrators, devisees, trustees, creditors and 
assigns of such of the defendants as may be deceased; 
the unknown spouses of the defendants’; the unknown 
officers, successors, trustees, creditors and assigns 
of such defendants as are existing, dissolved or 
dormant corporations; the unknown executors, 
administrators, trustees, creditors, successors and 
assigns of such defendants as are or were partners 
or in partnership; the unknown guardians and trustees
of such of the defendants as are minors or are in 
anywise under legal disability; and JOHN and/or 
JANE DOE, unknown occupants,

SHERIFF'S SALE

By virtue of an Order of Sale issued out of the District Court of Ellsworth County, Kansas, in the above entitled action, I will, on the 30th day of December, 2019, at 10:00 o'clock a.m., in the front steps of the courthouse in Ellsworth County Courthouse, 210 North Kansas Avenue, in the City of  Ellsworth, Kansas, offer for sale at public auction and sell to the highest bidder for cash in hand all the right, title and interest of the defendants above named in and to the following described real property situated in the County of Ellsworth, State of Kansas, without redemption right to-wit: 
    That part of the Southwest Quarter of Section 
    9, Township 17 South, Range 10 West of the 
    6th Principal Meridian, Ellsworth County, Kansas,         described as follows: Commencing at the 
    Southwest corner of said Section 9; thence on an 
    assumed bearing of North 90 degrees 00 
    minutes 00 seconds East, along the South line of 
    the Southwest Quarter of said section, a 
    distance of 1316.00 feet; thence on a bearing 
    of North 00 degrees 35 minutes 35 seconds 
    East a distance of     1344.14 feet; thence on a 
    bearing of South 86 degrees 23 minutes 
    16 seconds West a distance of 16.01 feet to 
    the point of beginning of the                 land to be described; thence continuing on a 
    bearing of South 86 degrees 23 minutes 16 
    seconds West a distance of 448.10 feet; thence 
    on a bearing of North 00 degrees 00 minutes 
    00 seconds East a     distance of 466.99 feet; 
    thence on a bearing of North 77 degrees 53 
    minutes 23 seconds East a distanct of 433.85 
    feet; thence on a bearing of South 02 degrees 
    29 minutes 14 seconds East a distance of 
    530.28 feet to the point of beginning. The 
    above described tract of  real estate contains 
    5.0008 acres.  
AND
    The Northwest Quarter (NW/4) of Section Nine 
    (9), Towneship Seventeen 17) South, Range Ten 
    (10) West, Ellsworth County, Kansas.
AND
    A fraction of the Southwest Quarter (SW/4) of 
    Section Nine (9), Township Seventeen (17), 
    Range Ten (10), Ellsworth County, Kansas, 
    lying South of the center line of the Santa Fe 
    railroad tracks, as previously laid, being 109 
    acres, more or less,
AND
    A fraction of the Southwest Quarter (SW/4) of 
    Section Nine (9), Township Seventeen (17) 
    South, Range Ten (10) West, Ellsworth County, 
    Kansas, lying North of the Center line of the 
    Santa Fe Railroad tracks, being 51 acres, more 
    or less.
AND
    The Northwest Quarter (NW/4) of Section 
    Twenty-eight (28), Towneship Seventeen
    (17) South, Range Ten (10) West, Ellsworth 
    County, Kansas. 
Said real property is levied on as the property of the defendant above named and will be sold without appraisement to satisfy said Order of Sale and without redemption right.
