City of Kanopolis Ordinance for Fence Height

ORDINANCE # 2020-0-01
AN ORDINANCE ON FENCE HEIGHTS

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF KANOPOLIS:
Fence Height Limitations
    No fence or wall of more than four (4) feet in height
    shall be erected or maintained between any 
    building facade facing a public street and 
    street line. A fence or wall up to six (6) feet in 
    height may be placed along the rear and side 
    property lines.
This ordinance shall be effective following publication in the Ellsworth County Independent Reporter, the official newspaper of the City of Kanopolis, Kansas
