Minards celebrate 60 years with family trip

Donald and Karen Minard celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary July 3. Their family is gathering Aug. 16-23 at a resort in Branson, Mo.to celebrate the occasion.
Donald and Karen Dreasher were married July 3, 1959 in Wichita. He retired from Smoky Hill Electric and she owned a silk floral shop and volunteered driving foster children and the elderly to appointments.
The couple has four children, Dennis Minard and spouse, Cindy Befus, of Berthoud, Colo., Tammy Cuadra of Wichita, Curtis Minard of San Antonio, Texas, and Andrea McCulley and spouse, Ryan McCulley, of Tucson, Ariz.
They also have eight grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
