HOMECOMING COURT

Wednesday, September 22, 2021 - 12:08pm

Wilson only has three boys that are seniors, which is the reason there were only king candidates Friday night at Wilson’s Homecoming ceremony. They were: Eathan McCarter; Zachary Corpus; Blake Mermis; junior attendants: Grace Bohnen and Noah Crawford; sophomore attendants: Avery Anderson and Henry Kingsbury; freshman attendants: Serenity Steinike and Tage Woodmansee; and kindergarten attendants: Ainsley Shumaker and Quentin Dlabal. Blake Mermis was crowned King. It was an exciting — yet disappointing — night for the Dragons as they lost to Tescott in double overtime 20 to 28. LORI FARMER/Ellsworth County Independent-Reporter
